Harlan Nimmo
President
Harlan moved to South Bill Creek Rd in 2012 with his wife Tammy and sons Oliver and Casper. He served on the Crystal Oaks Bridge Association for about 10 years before being elected to serve as President of the Crystal Oaks Metro District.

My wife, Jo, and I bought our place and moved into the neighborhood in 1994. I served as the secretary for the Bridge Association from 2013 - 2022 when the Metro District was created. I am currently serving a 4 year term on the Board for the Metro District.
Audrey Oberlin
Treasurer
I'm Audrey Oberlin, my husband is Brad Johnson and we have one adult daughter, Zoe. We have lived at 204 Riverside since 2017. I'm one of the many trail walkers in the neighborhood with my dogs in tow. I love everything this community has to offer. I am the Treasurer for the Board and will be serving a 2-year term.
Mike Thele

I’ve lived at 296 Seven Oaks Rd with my wife Liz since 1994. We’ve raised our two grown kids here and so enjoy the neighborhood and neighbors! I’m looking forward to working with our board of directors getting our new district established and running smoothly. I’m serving a two-year term that expires in 2024.
Rob Goodwin

Theresa and I have lived on Seven Oaks for over 20 years and in Carbondale for over 40! We raised 6 kids and now have 6 grandkids that we chase around whenever possible. I work as the chief of the Carbondale & Rural Fire Protection District and have been a member since 1987. We love our home, camping, fishing and rocking out in the shop. We love where we live and are grateful to have such a fantastic group of neighbors that help make this such a great place to live. I'm serving a 4 yr term.
